We got home from hospital yesterday and our new daughter Lillian Jayde is settling in really nicely. She's absolutely gorgeous and looks ALOT like her older sister but just chubbier!! She's got dark brown hair like Ava did as a baby too so I'm wondering if she'll eventually have the really blonde hair that Ava now has too..... two little blondies!
She's just gorgeous and I'm enjoying every single minute of it..... I'm much more relaxed this time around being a 2nd time Mum and the breastfeeding is going SO well compared to last time with all the struggles Ava and I had. I'm so proud of us!! :D Milk came in today and I reckon Dolly Parton would be envious :rofl: I'm soooo sore!!
Can't wait to write my BS up soon. It was quite a 'mentally' challenging labour not just physically as I had so many things happen leading up to the birth such as being told how big she'd be, fear of shoulder dystocia, having to change hospitals due to her size etc etc..... so quite a few 'mental' things I had to let go of before I could birth her.

Well I can't wait to read all about it. With my last baby, he was over 10lb too and he also had shoulder dystocia - not because of his size but because of his truly awful position.

I'm still on that amazing high feeling of "wow I did it again, and drug free again!!!" still in shock that I birthed such a decent sized bubba :dance: she's still tiny to me though. Most people say she doesn't look that big and she's still only in size 000!
