Thanks all for the well wishes. We are settling in well and Eva is a pretty content little girl. Still on such a high. The birth was amazing actually, compared to my first. My water broke at home at 5pm while I was cleaning the toy room. I literally felt and heard a huge pop noise, ran to the toilet and well you know the rest. Contractions started about 15 mins later and were 5 mins apart and pretty uncomfy. At the hospital I had the epidural at 4/5 cms (honestly I take my hat off to those that can birth with no epidural) and 9 hrs later she arrived. Painful of course, but a wonderful moment.
