Well, the acupunture guy couldnt fit me in today anyway, so going to see the osteo later thsi afternoon, made appointment for acupuncture too for tomorow morning.

Good luck with it hun. You can do acupressure yourself in certain points too. One is 3 fingers width up from the bone of your ankle, on the inside of your leg. There is an induction point in the space between your thumb and forefinger as well. Massage these points really firmly (it should hurt) whenever you think of it. If you google acupressure induction there is a site that has illustrations of the points. Don't forget to DTD lots, walk heaps, clary sage oil, massage etc! :D
Good luck kitten! I am scared of needles too and having a blood test makes me want to throw up. But I started Acupuncture when TTC and am still doing it now. The first time I was so scared, lol, and was all sweaty and nervous but it was fine! Couldn't even feel it! And they're especially gentle on you for your first time. I just don't look at the needles or anything. You will be fine! How exciting that you will be meeting your little girl soon!!
