Arrival of Boys

my mums experience:
'86 me: right one time
'88 sis: 2 weeks early
'93 bro: 6-7 weeks early
'01 bro: 2 weeks late

So not a whole lot of truth!

My DS1 was born on his due date by 18 minutes
DS2 was born 2 weeks early and
DS3 was born 3 weeks early

They are all different and he'll come when he's ready.

ds1 39 weeks
ds2 37 weeks
ds3 38 weeks (but scheduled c/s)
dd1 36 weeks

My girls were 8 & 7 days late.
My little man was 2 days early.

My first was 15 days late....
Second was 1 day early....

Don't stress Kim, BumbleBee will come when he is ready!

My DD was 4 weeks early

My DS1 was 10 days late
my DS2 was 7 days late

My little man is currently 4 days late and still isn't on his way out yet. But then every baby is different.

My DS came 11 days late and only after I was induced! But he's my first so I don't have any others to compare it to.

One of each for me - DS1 was one day and 4 hours late, and DS2 was 3 1/2 weeks early. My stats don't really help much!

MR...i love your 1 day and 4 hours...how dare DS be that extra 4 hours late :p

OK.....so its a load on rubbish in other word.....i thought as much but its interesting to see when everyones boys came!

My DS was 5 days late, My SIL who was in labour with me had her DS on his due date & my Sister had her DS 2 or 3 days early but she was induced

My DS was 2 weeks early, but only because I was induced due to PIH.

Both my boys were early via inductions BUT I was 1cm and not far off delivery with Ds1 and with Ds2 I had been in early labour for weeks and was 3-4cm's. OB estimated he wasnt more than a week or so off being born. Both were healthy weights, breathing fine and everything a cooked baby should be so I truly believe they would have come before EDD anyway :)

Babies are babies and theyll come when they come no matter the gender!

My boy was 14 days late then inducted. He wasn't coming out!!

My DS was 3+ wks early
DD was overdue :-)

Oscar was 1 week early :)

For the record....my DS did end up coming late....7 days late....LOL

So the statement might have been a bit 'out there'....but it was true for me :)

I just gave birth to my third son on thursday, and he was 13 days 'over' (other two were 5 days 'over' and 5 days 'early')
