Deflect that negativity Goldilocks. You can tell bollucks from the size of your belly. My bellies are always the same and my lst baby was 6lbish the others have been 91/2 poundish. All fine. I found my smallest baby no easier to birth than my heaviest.
People think they know what they are talking about but they rarely do. Trust that beautiful body of yours is growing your princess just to the right size for you both.

My mum is quite small and all of her babies (apart from me) were a very good size...8.5 to 10 lb. In fact, she said that my brother who was just on 10 lb was her easiest delivery! She has always maintained that if you feel well supported, that's what counts the MOST.

Holy moly - that's more than twice the size of DS! LOL. My OB wouldnt' hazard a guess at the size of DS. hehe. He just said "it's a perfect size for Elizabeth". Yay :)
Belly size - yeah.. everyone was convinced I was having a huge baby (hence why I asked my OB LOL) but he turned out to be only 6lb!

Bek, I totally agree about belly size being no indication of baby size, but I've continually had people (often complete strangers!) tell me that I'm going to have a huge baby because my belly is 'so big'. Some people seem to take delight in scaring you! Well done to the lady from your playgroup having a big bub at home...that's a great story! And you're most welcome on the comments...she's an absolutely beautiful little girl and no doubt her sister will be also! :D
Sarah, I agree with what you said...from everything I've read, positioning plays a huge part, not so much the size of the baby or the pelvis. I've 'mapped my pelvis' thanks to the Pink Kit and it's average size at the very least so I'm confident I can birth Bunny at whatever size she grows to!
Deb, thanks for the reassurance  It's unfortunate how much negativity goes around so I try not to listen to it. I have utter faith in my body and my baby...that's all I need to know.
