Sending lots of labour vibes to you, it can happen (I hope it already has) but if it doesn't, I think Jennifer's suggestion on writing your birth plan for a CS is a good one.
And I get you on the 'elective' CS too - I have no idea why they have to call it that, what on earth is wrong with the word 'scheduled' - in this situation, it is elective only for the doctors :(
