Hmm that could be an old wives tale! :think: I slept on my L side all the way through (way more comfy) and DD was posterior!!! Yeouch.

Isadora - some great advice here. I'm interested in reading all the posts too as I do not want a posterior baby this time around either!!!! It was SO PAINFUL being all in my back..... awful!!!! (and no drugs!!).

Oh yeah, and I'm a sloucher too :redface: which I was told "after" the birth, could have caused it!!!
