I'm more excited about giving birth to Stormageddon than I am about conceiving! In the middle of a very painful period and I know normal birth, even the initial pushing bit, is less painful, so really not scared.
I've been looking forward to giving birth to my baby for over 7 years now. Too excited maybe?
Doesn't seem strange to me.
My son's birth was an amazing experience.
It was also pretty long and complicated and we both came fairly close to dying. Sometimes I'm quite scared of having such dangerous complications again and it not going as well as it did last time. But otherwise birth was really hard work but was also really awesome.
