I wore a sports crop top, a singlet and and a soft stretchy knee length maternity skirt. I kept my clothes on including knickers right up until I started pushing. I'm pretty shy about being naked too but when it came time for a VE when I got to the hospital all I cared about was not wanting to lie down because it hurt so much more!!

I had a crop top and trackies on, until I got in the shower. Once I was out of the shower, I just put a hospital gown on because it was easier than getting re-dressed, and I was getting an epidural.

I ended up with the hospital gown on too and really could not have cared less. I think I had my bra on still cause I hate my puppies swinging in the breeze!

I had planned to wear a loose bonds dress with a feeding bra under for a home birth- ditched them pretty quickly after being in the bath. I can honestly say that I have no recollection of what I did or didn't wear until I had to transfer to hospital! Once at the hosp, I ran straight for the bathroom and stripped off again and demanded a gown that I refused to do up. I'm normally very careful about who sees what, but I really didn't care while in labour! I think pack a few things, you never know what will work on the day

im not comfortable showing off my boobs so i purchased a maternity sleeping bra for when im in labour/delivering.. as for the bottom half - im not comfortable showing that off either but i guess ill have to!! its nothing they havent seen before eh?

Totally agree with the oversized short nighty - Target have some good ones as well :D
Like the sarong idea, will pack one of those too me thinks!
But you'll probably just find you'll rip it all off, but if not, def some good ideas here for keeping your modesty (for a while anyway!)
