Just wanted to bump this thread to say that after I posted last on here, I went in and ordered a copy of the book from Dymocks.
I picked it up today - haven't started on it yet as I'm halfway through another one and I'm just too anal to have 2 books going at once (:p)... but flipped through it and its going to be one I won't be able to put down!
Will have to let you all know how it is, and would be happy to loan it out when I'm done if anyone wants to borrow it for a read! :)

I ended up going to bed with the book last night ;) and am almost 100 pages through!!! So much for not reading more than 1 book at a time! :rolleyes:
It has sucked me in - can't put it down, but I can tell you, some of the people he has interviewed and what they've done or gone through is really disturbing :(
Its a really good wake up call, though.
