I confess I've been waiting for this one and it didn't disappoint! Your labour sounded so fantastic - aren't sisters awesome? I had mine there for my DD's birth and similar to yours, she was a great help to me. She's even an Em like I think your sister is from memory!!

I know we talked about this yesterday, but I had no idea the after part was so bad. Well I knew it was bad, but not the extent :hug: Which makes me even more glad you're feeling a bit better.
First of all a big hug.
Thank you for sharing your story. I went through a similar thing with the after birth care on the ward - which was why I left hospital less than three days after a c-section. The stark contrast between care received in the Birth centre and the ward is cruel. Every shift I was given different advice on BF - got home and Alex and I worked it out.

You did so well.
Im pleased you are able to seperate the highs and the lows as that can be very difficult to do.
