Well done on getting through that very tough and exhausting time, and I'm so glad that you felt in control, looking after both yourself and baby Emerald. You did *brilliantly*. I empathise with you so much on the feelings when you're not making progress. Being able to let them go and give you and your baby the best and safest birth possible is something to be incredibly proud of, even if things didn't end up as planned. You're amazing, hun.

I'm sure there's not a dry eye in here BG. You have had incredible courage and endurance throughout this whole journey and your body fought you every step of the way. Your strength of mind gave you the wisdom to see out your final decisions. You were in control, you carried this baby to full term and suffered every step of the way to fight for her. You needn't ever have doubted the amazing job you did and I would have taken every drug on the shelf! You are a true inspiration. isn't it funny how you forget what you have achieved until you read back through it again? i haven't really thought about this until today when i was looking for the correct link for my sig. i remember it all, but i needed a reminder of what we managed to do (apart from the little red head reminder that is hiding under the blanket on the couch beside daddy, cos mummy mentioned bed lol)
