When you post a new birth story (or edit your existing one) you will have the option to pick a prefix to help identify the type of birth you had, for when others are reading through looking for specific things. Hope this helps!

You don't seem to be able to edit your Birth Story and add a prefix.

I know you can't edit posts after a certain amount of time, so maybe that is the problem?

No, it's my recent birth story. It will let me edit it but there's no option for a prefix there??

I was able to edit the title. I just wrote my own prefix - is that right or were we supposed to choose from a numbger of options?

Hmmmm maybe you can't then If you can't see 'edit thread' then maybe there is no option there.

For new ones though, definitely. If you start a new thread, can you see the option there?

Kelly, when I first went into the archives to find mine, I couldnt see the edit function either, then I realised I had been logged out. So when I logged back in and went to the birth story again, I could edit it, but there were no options for prefixes.

If I start a new thread I can see all the prefixes in a drop down menu. But why are the posts in this thread being moderated? My first one wasn't?

I was just wondering the same thing...why are our posts being moderated? I have tried looking for a message to explain this but can't? TIA!

We don't actually know at the moment. The box that you can tick to put a forum on mod approval isn't actually ticked

I was wondering if a prefix for preterm birth might be an option?
