Although we co-sleep she is a little chicky who needs her space - doesn't make sense to me either. She's not a cuddly baby and I've tried to sleep with her like that before and she squaks until she is lying down flat. I get to put my arm around her but that's about it LOL. She will sleep in the sling though - she was awake at 2.30am on boxing day morning and I popped her in the sling, walked around for a while until she was in a deep sleep then sat on the couch for 4 hours so that she stayed upright :o Watched some TV until DH got up and then I went back to bed to get some more sleep :)

hmmm sounds just like my DD! i knew she was sick when she actually wanted to be held ON my arm instead of just beside me!
do you have a rocker or recliner so you can keep her more upright but still relax?

Our sofa is pretty good and i still have all of my huge pillows from when I was pregnant! I was actually pretty comfy the other night and it was cool to sit and actually see a whole movie! Quite a novelty actually :)

when DD wasn't sleeping well i had TV series i'd watch! our hospital stay seen me get through a whole season of CSI lol
