Well the Mater Women should be able to help with you having a positive c/s, they have a good reputation. Perhaps have a talk with your OB or MW next appointment and ask what they can offer you. Think about what you priorities are for this birth like skin on skin and see if they will support you. How long was bubba stuck in the birth canal? Sorry about that necrotitis faciitis... not nice stuff :( Well my dear I am sure that you will make great decisions for both you and your baby. IF you want more support for your emotions regardless of how this baby comes then I can only highly recommend Birthtalk. They are awesome women with so much compassion and love.

Ok well the MAter womens has a pretty good program from what I understand. Perhaps at your next OB or MW appointment you can bring up the issue of skin to skin with them and find out what the policy is and how it can work to fit you best. Often it is a matter of asking or stating your wishes. Good luck with that because you like every mother deserve to welcome their baby in a special way.
