That ezi debit system is about to be set up at our Centre too - run via the child care accounting software or something? It's causing great debate amongst families v Centre as apparently it is set up to just take what's owing on the account, not a pre set amount. Don't like the idea of it at all.

I understand where she is coming from, as i do the job myself (though we dont have DD and we also have CCR pre-estimated, not only paid afterwards)
but she sounds like a right cow.

Oh I'm not behind. I just hate the way she talks to me like I'm an idiot. I find it hard to know who is giving me the right info.

I meant, catch up til you are in advance so then you dont have to do DD anymore, sorry for my lack of English :lol:
Is it possible she is just having a bad week? Hope so and that you can get a better resolution soon.
