BG I have BTDT in a banking call centre (mortgages). It's funny the things people get stuck on, not always the obvious concepts. And you don't want to patronise those who have a high level of understanding by over-simplifying either. Just got to feel your way. It's quite an art (and deserves much better PAY recognition, IMO)!!!
