Another friends ex works basic hours for his parents, but then gets paid any over time in cash, so even though he has plenty of money, its all his. Lucky little man he is. Oh well, he plans to marry soon. Don't think he realises that her income will then come into it & cs should go up :) Obviously, my friend is keeping that little bit of info to herself ;)

Her income won't come into it even when they are married, they aren't her children she doesn't have to provide for them. She could earn $500000 a year and it would still only go off his income. I know someone who stays home and his wife earns the money to lower child support they are paying, which I think is wrong :rolleyes:.:

yep same here my DF's income doesnt affect it at all.
I also thought if they had so much out standing if you push enough they can take action and the non-payer can loose their lic till they pay it
