ok so the other week i went in and fixed it all and now theyve sent me a letter saying its cut again!!!! caus i missed the appt (the one they set for me to discuss why theyd cut my pps but i went in and sorted it out before the appt date and the lady said disregard the letter) and now i have to spend time and $$ chasing up thier second stuff up im so ****ed off :(

OMG i feel so grrrr for you :wall: ... what a nightmare, feel so bad for you and all you did all along was the ' right thing ' !! ... They're there to help people survive financially from a day to day basis, OMG how are you expected to do that if it's cut off all together from their error ... that's such a serious error and especially when a child needs to be taken care of !!:
Call them again hun. The lady you spoke to should have removed the appt date from your file and noted you had been in to sort it (she probably did the note bit but sometimes they forget to take the appt off), so it was cut off automatically by the computer.
