Omg :( poor J.
Maybe contact the people who... do stuff. Complete word fail. Sorry.
I can't remember what they're are called as they recently changed name but if you google NCAC it should come up. Aceqca out something? Thats wrong but it's something like that.
Man, I've been so helpful. You're welcome.
Lol I will try head office first as they a big group. Then I go to that other place lol
Don't contact ACECQA, you need to contact your OECEC (office early childhood ed and care) formerly DOCS office. Your centre should have their number displayed.
The grevience procedure should be = Director if no suitable outcome, centre management if not suitable outcome then OECEC. OECEC appreciate if the parent follows this procedure rather than going straight to them without allowing the service opportunity to resolve the issue.
Agree, you should discuss again with the director and then take it up with management if they are unable to provide a satisfactory response.
Doesn't seem like the centre is following any of their procedures, assuming they have any. Are you in a position to move him if needs be???
If I have too I guess I can move him but I would like to avoid that if possible. The other kid should get moved in my opinion.
I have spoken to the director on a number of occasions and she never follows anything up. While she is a lovely lady I think this is wrong.
Ausgirl do I call the head office of the Group to find out what to do??
This is the 2nd time an incident has occurred and no report has been done. Not good enough
Who manages or oversees the centre? Is there an information board with managment details available? If you can't find them and you aren't comfy asking for them, you would need to go to OECEC. This is the offices contact list http://deta.qld.gov.au/earlychildhoo...ntact-list.pdf
Thanks it's. a Goodstart so not sure
I called an they are sending out the area manager.
Guess I will see what happens
Well done.
Your poor little man BD :(
Hopefully the AM actually does something
DH just told me all the centre is doing is keeping them separated. By good enough. Can't wait for the area a manger to call
Yep G that's it. I'm disgusted I'm glad I will called AM today
They said 48 hours so early next week
Gah...can't come quick enough! Hope you get some answers and a resolution!
So the area manager called yesterday and she couldn't believe it apparently hey are going to the centre Tuesday for a full investigation should know by Thursday what the plan is
