Thanks everyone :) The locum arrived not long after I posted - amazing! He said it was likely it was gastro, as it has been going around a fair bit lately. He checked DS over and said he should be fine at home but if he continues to vomits or won't feed, to take him to emergency. He went well overnight, no more vomitting and a nice wet nappy this morning (I was so tired I didn't change it overnight :redface: )

He seems a lot better this morning, whingy and very awake as usual, so I hope that it's over, just a 24hr bug or something.
