Nappy news - Still need to wash them. But not quit running out yet, there are a fair few hanging on the airers in the lounge. Might use the line tomorrow if I can get the basket out there. If only I could sit to use the washing line :lol:

Grrrrrrr Jett woke me up at some god-awful hour last night (all I know is that it was still pitch black outside) screaming about changing his nappy. After trying to figure out why but just getting more screaming and asking for 'cweam' (think he was still half asleep), I just changed him into a BBH and cover. Could it be the Sandman? He's done it in the sherpa fitted before but I figured it was lack of boosting so he wet through faster, but the Sandmans are chockas with boosting. I thought maybe its the fleece or whatever it is on the snap in booster that rubs his penis and makes it sore? He didnt wake up after putting the BBH on even though its not mega boosted. He's fine during the day to.
Im going to put him in a BBH tonight instead of the Sandman and see how he goes with that all night, and trial the snoozywuns when it gets here. If they dont work it could possibly mean back to sposies for him of a night WAH :(

I hope so Mel. Its driving me mad. He hasnt got any major nappy rash, the occasional sore looking penis but nothing tragic and a bit of pawpaw ointment clears it right up so its bewildered me as to whats making him think his nappy is the problem.

pandababy...just DON'T absorb anything!!!! they need to be boosted sooo much more to work..lou lou nappies...LOVE THEM!!!! beautiful fit on Jack and lasted well, held soo much pee!! probablt could have held out even longer..and more pee!!! hehehehe nope haven't used the night nappies in either....

Anna - He could be reacting to non natural fibres. Do you want to try him with some raw silk liners and see if they make a difference?

I had my MW appointment today and Em was wearing her CTBD with Maz Lightening McQueen cover, and the MW loved it. My SMW like seeing a Maz cover IRL too, she used to have a WAHMnaps store. She gave me a few soakers that her DD no longer needs and some other nappy accessories. So I have all my soakers (except the one Em is wearing) in the bucket washing in the laundry now, I will lano soon. I have now excuses for not using them now.

Aw todays been the best day - my friends here threw me a surprise baby shower, my first ever one too! I nearly panicked when I walked through the door cause I didnt have a present to give the shower-ee :rofl: Never crossed my mind that person was moi. Ate lots of yummo things like cake and felt very loved.
Hmmmm might give the GDUNH another crack even though I should be cleaning and evey fibre of my being is screaming at me too, Im so tired and feel like I wanna cry or break something :lol:
Ali, I'll give the BBH or the Snoozywun a crack first, if they cause the same issues I might buy some silk liners to try.
