So Charlotte has developed this habbit of taking her nappy either just after or just before a poo and bringing me poo on a spoon. WTF???
I dont even know where she is getting these stashed spoons from - seriously - 3 times today she has done it.
She isnt eating it that I have found lol but she is putting some on the spoon and then brings it to me and say POOOPOOO and starts pointing. Then she takes me to it so I can clean it off the carpet, or she picks up her dirty nappy and gives it to me.
She does come to the toilet and waves bye to the poo when we flush it though...
lol she is too wierd!

i've been having such fluffy mail withdrawals, a tarzanite blueberry trainer "fell" into my cart - bilby's fave nappies were her purple minky ones, so i'm doing it for bilby, if i say it enough times i might believe it LOL.

but eventually, i think the blueberries will be her night trainers.
day nine of no accidents (in trainers all day) and keeps her night nappy dry most nights.
wot a clever bilbs.
but she fell off the toilet TWICE today, hit her head on nearby door each time, and was being supervised each time! She bends down so far, to see what is leaving her body, so as the head is the heaviest bit of a person, it makes her topple over! (she uses a high step to get up to the loo, her legs are a long way from the floor). The Overly Curious Bilby strikes again.
i've been dreaming, if i had another bub, and that bub suited FRONT snappers, think of all the brands i would get to try out, that i didn't with bilbs ha ha.

Haven't been on here much. Ashton has been a monster but after starting him on baby food he has been sleeping through and a lot more settled so I might *might* get more BB time :)
We got our Honey Boy today. Love it. He wets through it fast though (an hour today) so might have to play with the boosters I have and see if I can get a better one in there. Great fit on him though, our only velcro nappy so I hope he doesn't wanna play with it lol
Also got our Whizz Kidz. Pics are on my FB (link in sig) It is the cutest nappy! It is a favourite already :)

First thing I did when I got home was put nappies together :lol: DH will be using cloth once the sposies are finished unless he goes and spends more money. He has just gotten home and gotten straight into running the house hold. Changed a pooey nappy within the first hour of being home.
WOTB: Both sposies, but I am not the one deciding what goes on them so I can't complain too much. Em's blisters are healing though. She is getting dry chaffing on her thighs from sposies though. Poor kid can't win.

Poop on a spoon... Blerk.... so over poop in this house... My DS had real toilet issues when he was TT and DP making a huge deal out if it and yelling at him for accidents didnt help... it developed into this huge thing. Now he still poops himself every now and then and he is 4... :(
I have notice my DD is so different. as soon as she has pooped she makes a huge fuss to get it changed where as DS used to play happily until i smelt it and then he would kck up a stink not to get it changed. He could sit in it as long as u let him... Its YUK... DP didnt help the minimal amount of times i went shopping along and would come home to a HUGE stink and all the fans on (which circulates the poo smell... )
With the flats also my DD is wetting once and wanting a change. Could this be cos they feel wet??? well i mean like the sposies take the moisture away (which i take it is why huggies added a "wetness liner" to theirs??) Hoping she will like the MCN's.
jess , the mcns will be good if they are lined with micro fleeece or suede cloth !!

making eggs with the kids today ... it cost about $15 to buy all the chcooy and stuff and it will make sooooo many eggs/bunnies .... much better than buying one bunny for $6 or some rip off like that ...
i cant wait to make a mallow bunny with the coconut dyed green for the "grass " it will sit on .. im am excited :) (cant you tell )

with the WB its ok they dont have cross over tabs , gabs is in a med and the tabs touch with no velcro showing ... so i'll get loads use out of them !!!

jess - yes microfleece or suede cloth will keep baby feeling dry as lea said, BUT my bubba cant wear them without a silk liner - anything other than natural inners and she gets an instant rash.
we are off for the easter hat parade today, and dd1's hat is aweseom!

Sorry was that a bit over the top... :rofl: I got excited yesterday when the delivery man knocked on the door... Then there was a note when i got home aswell and it wasnt fluffy mail... :( But this morning the knock was and i was just SOOOOO excited... LOL... Worst part was it was the same delivery man as yesterday and he's come early so i he's had 2 days of checking out my unsupported boobs cos i hadnt gotten dressed... will have to make sure i at least put on a bra for next fluff delivery... :rofl:

Ok I need some help. DS is a perfect sleeper and never wakes up during the night. Last night he woke up crying 3 times. He kept pulling at his nappy and wouldn't go back to sleep until I changed it. It was barely wet though. I remember Anna had this problem with one of her boys, can anyone remember what her solution was?

well we leaked again last night, I tried different boosting but that didn't work.
I ended up using the snoozywun again, I'm not sure it's going to be good enough.
Will try a GF tonight, I gave them all an extra pre wash yesterday so hopefully will work.
I won't dismiss any of them though until they have had about 10 washes, after that if they are still not working I'll have to look into getting a serious night nappy.
at the moment I am not too phased about it cause it's not waking her up and it's no hassle to chuck in the cot sheet with the nappies in the morning.

NaNa - definitely IB's for skinny legged things!! I used mostly fitted and covers with Miss M though, and she was a skinny legged little thing (still sorta is!!)
I got fluffy mail last night!! My maz BPs and wipes... I really have to count my stash so far so I can figure out what I have and where I can still look for things to get.
yup, I suggested IBs already. I tried to think of all the ones that dont fit my big-legged boofer and told her to check them out! And a few others too... just becoz.

maz - yay on fluffy mail! IKWYM about shoes too small. DS has FAT FEET! And they grow so fast, he outgrew a pair of shoes in 2 days last week. Lucky I only paid $2 at the oppy for them.
And that gorgeous soap, my DP wanted (and almost tried) to eat it once too.
ETA: Lea - ring slings (adjustable and compact). I made my own with pockets on the tail. I love it and have carried DS in it from birth to now, and he's over 10kg and I take him everywhere on public transport. Can carry him all day comfortably, and he sleeps in it even carrying on my hip.

kat - yeah, that's what I thought. Can't recall seeing much good feedback on them, so told her not to go there. She's using BumGs mainly ATM, so if the Rumparooz aren't that hot then she'd be better off with something else.
