I have 2 as well. I prefer the one with the strap on so if DD does need a nappy change while we're out, I can hang it on the pram rather then chancing forgetting about it in the nappy bag. I have used plastic bags in the past but I find they're not 100% waterproof and the smells escape:

And tomorrow I am adding a wetbag from Itti cause they have 40% off some but I forgot to get one so I have to call and add it to my order.
