Sounds like a wonder week. DD did the same thing at the same age. It should pass in a week or so. In the meantime, try and rest as much as you can.

Yep - 19 weeks is a wonder week that can last for a few weeks too apparently :wall: - I am living through it at the moment too! They are going through some huge developmental leaps at the moment and one of them is realising that you aren't there. It does get better but we have to just ride the wave I'm afraid.
