I was 26 when we started and DH was 32 - we've been trying for 22 months and counting! We've had all the tests done and there is no medical reason why we can't get pregnant - our specialists says we're just one of the unlucky ones!

Boo... i noticed some m/c's in your siggie... sorry to hear that. But wondered if you had immunology testing done? There's a thread on it - I think on the IVF board, which you might be interested to check out.

I'm 25, was on the Pill until August 2005 then came off and DH used condoms almost all the time until Easter (doing cycle tracking sometimes), when he got bored of them (or decided to TTC without telling me!) and so I got pregnant the cycle after he stopped buying condoms - we knew we'd missed the eggie the cycle he stopped using them.

I was a bit surprised to fall so easily, I thought it would take months of trying! It's fab, but quite a bit unexpected.

Funny how they do that isn't it! My DH never actively says he wants a baby (he does, but being from the North of England he doesn't do a lot of talking 'bout owt like that! lol) but funnily enough he hasn't been using the condoms we bought when we decided we needed to wait a year.

I was 23 when i first fell (ectopic) didnt know , have been trying IVF ever since still BFN now 27

oooo i think im the oldy in here. I was 33 with #1DD, fell first month (been on pill for 16yrs), 34 with #2DS, fell second month (first month had m/c), 35 with #3, fell straight away again (got one af)still fully b/fng to.

As you can see im extremely fertile, unfortunately not everyone is the same. I wish everyone was but different circumstances means different bodies.

I was 29 when DD1 was conceived and had been trying for 8 months. I was 31 when DD2 was conceived and only took about a month (i was still breastfeeding). Am now coming up to 35 and have been ttc #3 for 3 cycles.

We started trying when I was 21and hubby was 33. It took 5 or 6 cycles, and we got our BFP 2 weeks after my 22nd birthday.
