Well I didn't get a +ive till 13DPO with both DD2 and this baby so dont discount the possibilty yet.
Didn't want to add this but some women have triphasic charts without pregnancy so triphasic really isn't an indicator of pregnancy.........Saying that tho, both my DD's and this baby had triphasic charts the month I fell pg.
Are you looking at many other fertility indicators? Like cervix? I did for this last baby and found that if I was preg my cervix is quite high during the luteal phase but if I wasn't it went quite low till just before AF came.

I'm so sorry you got a negative result. I know how hard it is to get those.
I did have a triphasic chart once and I wasn't pregnant. Like you, I was so hopeful that it meant that I was, but I just wasn't. Apparently you can have them in pregnant and non pregnant cycles. The same thing also goes for dips that look like they could be implantation dips.
If the temp is a little lower then it's not looking good, but it's not over til AF arrives.
I started to get successful cycles after I cut out transfats from my diet. If you want some info on this PM me & I'll go into detail with you. Apparently too many transfats in the diet of a woman can cause fertility issues.

If you use a search engine and put in transfats & infertility you will find lots of info on the link between the two. I can't remember how I even came across this info as it's not widely known for some reason.
They don't really know why too many transfats in your diet can cause inftertility but it seems to be the case in some women. It's believed that this is the reason that many women suddenly get pregnant after being on a strict diet even after many years of unsuccessful TTC. It's though that just 2% of your calorie intake being transfats can cause issues. For each 2% in excess of that raises the risk further.
As little as 4 grams of it a day can be a problem.
I didn't go on a strict diet and I didn't lose weight. I just basically cut transfats out from my diet as best I could.
Trans fats are in many margarines - but only minute amounts are in olive oil spread. It's in butter. I switched to olive oil spread. I always cook with olive oil anyway.
It's also in most store bought biscuits, cakes, slices, donuts and other such items. It can be in lollies and ready made meals. It is often in fast food.
A lot of products now list the transfats content on the back of the nutritional panel now so it is easier to work out which things to avoid. On some products it's listed as hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oil or shortening. Avoid things that have these ingredients listed on them unless the amount is very small. Some labels don't specify what type of fat the saturated fat is - I avoided those items.
At first it can seem a little daunting but once you know what to avoid it's really easy. It only took I think about 2 or 3 months of eating this way for me to start falling pregnant. Transfats are also bad for your heart so that's another good reason for changing your diet.

Thanks for the info. I didn't think my diet was too bad, but I'll look into it more. Generally we have whole meal toast and an orange for breakfast (and a cup of tea), and lunch is a salad of cheese, tomato, carrot sticks, snow-peas and some apricots (and lately a banana), then dinner is a salad of tomato, cheese, avocado, cucumber, carrot, red onion and some lemon juice and olive oil. We usually have meat with dinner, but something like lamb cutlets, a shared chicken breast or a small piece of steak, all cooked in olive oil. The weekends we go crazy tho', either going out for breakfast (generally eggs), or dinner (perhaps pasta if we're being naughty).
I will look into the transfats things more tho'. We moved to the States 6 years ago and I started having all sorts of health problems (including chronic mystery pain which went undiagnosed for 2 years, and had me bed-ridden for 10 months), and I always swore it had something to do with the quality of the food, even if we were trying to eat well. We only just moved back to AUS this year, so perhaps my body is also adjusting to the difference in food. I've felt A LOT healthier since being back home!!
