doudou - I'm just doing a diet that I made up myself - counting calories. Its pretty easy to follow - each day has 5 serves of vegies, some days contain meat, some don't, at least 2 serves of fruit, a little dairy and of course the most important things - chocolate and ice cream!! haha!
im glad your not missing out on the important things!!
