Cool, whatever works.
I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I feel full and have lost heaps of weight that way too. :D

BIL & SIL tried it a few years ago and it really worked for them, can't remember how much they lost but it had been about 6months since we seen them and it showed.
We've thought about giving it a try and have just never gotten around to getting it, looking on their site didnt get us anywhere and watching the ad on TV just makes me laugh because of Jeff's name.
Where did anyone mention that body trim was to do with surgery? It's a healthy alternative to surgery and things like shakes. It's real food. In moderation.
And we are all giving feedback as to what this program has done for us to help us to succeed in weight loss.
Anyways I'll certainly be starting back on it after this bub is born and also after breastfeeding. :)

I have a friend who's doing it just now, she's breastfeeding. I didn't think that was allowed and it says so on the site so I've emailed them clarification because my friend seems to think that it was ok. Does anyone else know?
I'm pretty sure you shouldn't be on bodytrim whilst breastfeeding. I have asked bodytrim and they have said it's not recommended.

ahaah After reading this forum im thinking i dont even need to buy bodytrim, you guys all told me exactly what to do.
Cheers for saving me a buck :):p
I think its pretty good - only recently started though. The first three days is hell, but after that its pretty easy and definitely more of a lifestyle change than a real diet. Very little is excluded, and with the free day each week you are never going to long before you can indulge in something "naughty" but still make progress with your weight loss.
There is a forum (isn't there one for everything!!) on the Bodytrim website, and I don't think you need to sign up for the program to get access to the forum. It is brilliant for ideas, support etc.
FWIW, according to chat on the forum its almost unheard of to lose 5kgs in the first week depite Bodytrim's claims, and they do refund your money no questions asked, so wait until they've got one of those guarantees going again before you buy it.
I've done it before and it worked well for me. I find it easier than say Atkins as you get that bit of carbs in the morning which helps me get rid of my cravings for it.
I have to say, I didn't follow the first 3 days to a tea 9I ate salads and veges etc (how bad can they be seriously!). And I still lost weight (this was before baby though, and I am told baby weight is harder to lose:(
