WTG Sopdet!!
Having annual leave next week, so using that to kick start my health, as I will have time to organise things, get a bit of rest in, do some exercise, prepare food etc.
soptdet: good job. lots of little amounts makes one big amount. keep it up
afm: well i forgot to do my measure today so will see if i can do it over the next few days. but i am down to 82.5 kg. loss of 7.5 kilo since jan ....slow but steady. im also walking 5 days a week min 30 mins :-)
Quick one here and flat out - weighed in at 400 grams up yesterday after a week and then back down 300g today - that'll teach me not to weigh in every day!
Doing ok exercise wise - am doing something every day because it is such a habit now, it's not a question of will I exercise but what will I do today! Yay! Food is my huge downfall right now though, not eating crazy terrible but enough to hold me back. Frustrating myself.
Away for the weekend so won't be back til next week probably! Have a great weekend all!
I've got weigh in tomorrow. Not expecting much of a loss becasue although I've been keeping within a few points of my allocated total I haven't been making the healthy choices. Not the best week but back on the wagon fully tomorrow. Only one way to shift this weight and it's not eating naughty foods.
I'm dying for a vodka cruiser but I'm going out for dinner tomorrow night so I need every single free point for that so water it is for me - my reward will be looking hot this summer :D
Good luck
Tomorrow Dan! Maybe keep some vodka and soda for emergencies  I always have some here and I just add a tiny splash of light cranberry juice if I want a low cal drinky poos!
:cheer: I lost 1.4kg. So far I've lost 4.8kg and reached my 5% goal today :D
Just to just keep it going!!! Dinner out tonight is going to be a killer - Thai. No treats at all for the rest of the week.
How is everyone going?
That is fantastic!!! :leap: :leap: Go YOU!!!!!!!! :cheer:
All ok here, I'm off the paleo whole 30 challenge though, and we've decided to go back to how we were when we first started - just healthy food and exercise, no worrying about calorie counting or paleo because I just get too obsessed with food, and I don't want to live like that. We have picked up some hints and tips from paleo life though - we'll keep eating zoodles instead of noodles and pasta, and we'll keep eating cauliflower rice instead of rice - mainly because we really like it, and it doesn't leave us feeling all heavy and yuck in the belly once we've finished eating.
Weekly weigh in day tomorrow!
Hi everyone,
Mind if I join in? Going to Fiji in 40 days so really want to knock off 5kg by then. I need some accountability!!
Woooo Dan  That is awesome babe!!
Mel - so glad you are doing what suits you hun! You guys have made such amazing progress how can you go wrong eating healthy??
Ausgirl - Of course you can! Welcome hun!! xoxo
:hello: to everyone else! Hope you have all had a great weekend! Quick one here as usual, back from the country - had SUCH a great time, hung out in our Seachange town today - cannot wait to move!! Ate oookkkkkk over the weekend, had a bit of chocolate today and junky dinner but nothing too ridik. My problem now though is my shin splints. :( SO painful and I literally want to cry at the thought of not running for 6-8 weeks. :'( Going to see a physio on Wednesday to confirm and find out what I can and can't do but am pretty devo'd - I also know I will stack on heaps of weight if I stop althogether so am wondering what is easy that I can do, cross trainer might be too much impact - Pump classes maybe? Swimming is ok but time consuming so I just don't know - am thinking I will have to buy an el cheapo exercise bike.
Ok off to have a bath - working tomorrow - have a great week ya'll!
Wow Dan! Well done! Hope you enjoyed the Thai anyway.
Mel, sometimes you have to do what feels right.
JBM, you are going so well. I agree, slow and steady.
Tan you poor love  Hope the physio can help you.
Astrid, enjoy your week off. Hope you do get some R&R.
AFM another kilo down today. That makes it 4.6 since I started recording. However I got to my heaviest ever just after H was born and that is now 16-17 kgs ago. I am as light as I was pre DS. Really pleased.
I don't know what's going on with my ticker - never done one before, why is it putting a long line all the way across? Shouldn't it have small bits as I enter each new weight?
Okay I may have worked it out, lets see.
Sorry about that girls - all fixed. Feeling positive this morning, healthy breakfast, healthy lunch packed and planning for exercise this pm. Go ladies!!!
Just did my measurements and photos. Omg. 77.2 it's weird, but 77.anything freaks me. 78 isn't good, 76 is overweight, but 77 freaks me! Had to get Pip to take the photo. Oh yay....
Ok, that was almost 2 weeks ago.
I'm down to 74.8 this morning, and and wearing a pearl necklace I couldn't fit around my neck a little while ago. Face and chins are diminishing! Now for the belly...
sent from the Hellmouth.
I'm still here, been so lazy with the crappy weather& was going to walk today but DD1 is sick :( I'm buggered.
BBL for personals.
Sent from my iPhone, more than likely while I should be doing something else!
I've lost, not 100% too sure how much yet since Wednesday is weigh-in day.
I did do a lot of exercise over the weekend, Saturday: Centennial Park, the 4.1km loop, once running (ran 3.5km of it), once walking. Sunday: a brisk walk along Avalon Beach & then an hour long yoga class. Monday: laps of an oval (week 2, day 1 of the C25km) plus some exercises. That on top of all the walking we did.
I'm scaring myself contemplating a 4km fun run the same day as I fly to Hawaii ..........
