Well I forgot to weigh in this morning so i'm skipping this week. I'm also crossing my fingers that the eating healthy thing will become easier once I'm back at work. less than 2 weeks till that now.

Hi ladies - i thought i might join in ... i soooo need to lose weight... im joining curves gym in a couple of weeks, which im looking forward too (i use to go to curves but gave up about 6 months into it :doh: i wish i had kept it up)

Well, I got my new scales, they said I put on 500g after Xmas dinner! DOH!
Anyhows, theoretically my body fat % is 30.1% so my goal is to reduce that. My dad is only 11.% BF!!!! Will weigh in on Monday as per usual.

i complained that i needed scales and i picked up a got one at the sales and weighed myself today and so far from xmas i have put on 300 grams.. so not too bad!!

Hi girls,
I haven't posted on here for a while so I thought I should give you all an update. I am weighing about 74 kilograms so I have lost 3.5 since I started on the forum.
My baby girl is 7 months old and I put on a massive 24 kilograms during my pregnancy. I have lost 20 kilograms so far and have 4 more to go to get back to my pre pregnancy weight! Looking at it like that I feel pretty good! However the last bit of weight is harder to lose. It doesn't seem to want to budge.
I am exercising 4 times a week and trying to eat well most of the time. Do any of you have any advice on how I can lose my last 4 kilograms????
Also I am still Breastfeeding so do you think that has anything to do with it??

Firstbub - maybe try changing your exercise routine? If you're doing weights, make them heavier, or change the classes you're doing?

Firstbub - your body could be holding on to fat stores because you are breastfeeding. Were you normal weight when you got pregnant? I am below my pre-pgncy weight and am breastfeeding too but I think I am below my pre-pg weight because I was over-weight when I got pregnant. You have lost a great deal of weight and should be very proud. I gained 20kg during my pregnancy and have lost 23kg since having DD. I have been told that the last bit of weight is the toughest to lose. What sort of exercise are you doing? Like Kaz said, you may need to change it or make the weights heavier as your body could be used to it.
Well I forgot to weigh in this morning. I got an email to weigh in and I wondering why I was getting it on a Friday!! LOL I was meant to start back at the gym today but we are having a ****tail party tonight so had a few things to prepare. I am going back Wednesday tho!

hehe easier said then done.. i know i have put on a bit of weight lately (well the past few months)..... i dont have any scales atm but i use to just weigh myself as the gym..... i do need to buy some tho

well it is the start of the year, I have a goal to lose 40kg this year, so that we can start IVF. I have a goal to be smaller for a rave we're going to in March.
I'm about to go and eat breakfast (cereal and a bowl of fruit), DH & I might go for a walk today (if it stops raining), if not I think I'll get the eye toy out and play a couple of the games on it to work up a sweat.
