BTW your quote on your signature is one of my fav sayings :) I'm a big one for 'action' which is another reason why this weight challenge is so hard for me! Internally I am struggeling with the my brain and the reality of my body :doh: Anyway I am on the right track today and I am happy that I 'actually doing it'
I HAVE JUST HAD 2 CLIENTS IN A ROW ASK ME HOW MY BABY (PREGNANCY) IS GOING AND I NEVER TOLD ANYONE I WAS PREGNANT :crying: THEY MUST JUST THINK I AM FAT :redface: If it isn't bad enough that I lost the babies but now I have people asking how they are going!!!! And just to rub it in they have noticed that I have put on so much weight (nearly 8kg) and I am heavier than ever :crying:
Oh hon :hug: It is so heartbreaking when people make those kinds of comments. And it must be so much harder having been through your losses :hug: I've been told I look 5 months pregnant before :wall: The person who made the comment is amazingly still alive ;)
Keep plugging away at it hon. You will get there. Just remember it takes time.
I've lost just shy of 7Kg now. I would have liked more by now, but considering my diet can still improve, the illness, and the injuries I've had - I'm pretty happy with it. And any loss is a loss!!! And the fact I'm keeping it off is so good for me!
I'm exhausted tonight. I have to get on the treadmill yet - I don't want to. I think I over did it last night. But once DD goes to bed, I will go down and get some time in. Even if it is only 15 minutes...

honey I wanted to thank you for your support, I am leaving BB... I have found some threads to feel a bit b1tchy and kinda like highschool and I left highschool 'a long time ago' .... That aside I have not had support from the mods so I don't think BB is for me anymore :(

:redface: Thanks TD. You made me blush. To date, I've lost about 7Kg. I weighed myself again at work today and have lost another 500g... so I'm pretty much on 7Kg lost. I still have about 30Kg to go though!

I have been convinced to return to BB... While I was gone I became totally focused on weight loss and I have lost 1.3kg in the last 2.5 weeks YAY, It's not anything to write home about yet but it's a great start. I have been counting calories and netting 1200 per day and working out at least 3 times a week (so far) I wanna step that up a bit :p
AF has arrived so I guess I will be officially ttc again in about 2 weeks :crossfingers:

So, um, looks like we're taking a break from ttc after a loss. Our dear cherished has dragged me in here - lol - (and didn't I kick and scream!) because fitness really makes me feel good, and I think it will be a healthy focus in the mean time.
So, here's a quick history (OK, not quick, I'm so chatty at the mo):
I have always been a chunky kid. Home didn't teach me great eating habits, and then just ballooned a little bit more when I got to the end of high school. When I returned from living in Europe, I weighed in at 90kg (I think, didn't have regular access to scales) Over the four years following, I have managed to lose 20kg following a bit of a two steps forward one step back pattern (only 5kg off, 3 kg on type thing)
I had a goal weight of 69kg, and reached that the same day I got my BFP in May. I was shocked to find that I puton 5kg by 10 wks, and was really worried about how I would go. However now, after the D & C, I'm back to 71kg, so most of it was big angry placenta, which is something of a relief.
Other history: I have followed MG's blog all the way through, and you girls are lucky to have her on your journey, she's a very strong woman who's doing a great job. I love your work MG!
So I don't have a goal weight as such, as I am not officially overweight - the great thing to come out of my scan was that my BMI is 24.9 - yay!!!
But I do want to really focus on fitness and being well for the next year. So here I am.
Congratulations if you got through that :) Cherished will tell you that I have motor fingers, and I won't get offended if you tell me to pipe down and stop hogging your thread :p
I have a hospy appt today and I'm going to check witht hem if it's OK to do the 50km Brissie to the Bay cycle nexy weekend :D

snugglybean we are the same weight! (well I am 71.5kg) this morning and desire to get back to 57 :)
Well my calorie counting is going really well,I find that when I make sure I get plenty of protein (from whey powder etc not meat) my blood sugar doesn't spike and I can get through the day very comfortable without being really hungry... The other day though I had a fresh juice for afternoon tea and I was starving by dinner!!!! No more juices for me.
I've got a bit of house work to do and then a workout oh and the dentist (which strangely I don't mind!)

Well I'm off to the dentist and I didn't get in a workout before hand so I'll do one later, I am heading out for dinner and have only had 570 cals today so I'll have plenty of room for wine and a yummy dinner.
Dear coco has no weight to lose!! She's a skinny minny! hehe. Yikes have fun at the Dentist hehe glad its not me!! Im on about 450 calorie wise at the moment but am having souvlaki hut for lunch .. so yummy, one wrap had 400 cal in it tho yikes, better behave for dinner

Dentist was great, now I am looking forward to going out but I don't really have anything to wear! I've decided to just rug up because it's cold brrrrr
