Default Does anyone have any good low carb breakfast ideas?

I'm just about finished on the tony ferguson diet (1kg to go, yippee), and I want to slowly re-introduce complex carbs. Does anyone have any good low carb breakfast ideas.

I have read, scrambled eggs with salmon on 1 slice of toast is good, it sounds yummy. But I'm after some more suggestions.

    Thanks.

    Congratulations!!!

Scrambled eggs with tomato, spinach and mushrooms. You can add some cheese too if you like. or smoked salmon (yummy!)

Oats (although this is not low carb, oats are whole grains and are very good for your heart and bowels. Steel cut oats are best.)

    yoghurt mixed with fruit

    baked beans

Egg white omelette. (it is is nicer than it sounds, promise!)

I have 3 egg whites, mixed with around 20g low fat cheese, some chopped mushrooms and some chopped capsicum......& mixed together and then just fried in a little spray olive oil. Very high in protein, low in cals and carbs, and SO filling.

    And a pot of Fruche.
