Ive lost 4.5kg in not even a week :o I am shocked to say the least!

I feel better...even though I had a noice migraine for 2 days through the week...i still rugged the kids up and went for my walk.
I have a bit more engery to do things and VY is at me from the moment i wake...
we go tata's mummy...come one me go for walk
Both her and Mateauz are getting fresh air and some much needed out time from the house due to this aswell....im not driving the car down to coles when I need something...its a good excuse for a walk.......its a win win all round
My only worry is tomorrow! I have a BB meet up and im worried im going to tuck into the food. I going to try my best not to and to eat sensibly.
Here's hoping that my taste buds stay away for the day :ROFL:

That's a great effort!
I'm sure the girls will help you out tomorrow to stay on track. Just don't hang out anywhere near the food table and give yourself one 'treat' food you can have. Focus on the company. Have something healthy right before you walk in there like a yoghurt or something so you're not starving.

just remember that not tucking in at 'events' is a matter of practise. Over time, you will get into the habit of going to something like this and only taking the bare minimum.
So whenever you go near the food, remind yourself that you're creating a new habit, and this is the first step.
I have actually gotten to the point where I can drive up to a fast food place and automatically look for the healthy option. Or go to a buffet and robotically select the foods that will be best for me without even looking (or being tempted) by the 'bad' stuff. But it took practise. It's hard now but won't be hard forever.
Just keep telling yourself that tomorrow.
Well done Maz thats bloody awesome!!! Just one thing though - are you drinking enough water? I get really bad headaches when I get dehydrated so make sure you drink 2 litres a day plus more when you exercise and after. Keep up the good work mate, you're doing awesome!

The fresh air is extra good for Mat too hun, all of your family will be much better off using the gorgeous air and sunshine (yes I do know you live in Vic :lol:) because of the lovely vitamins they provide. And 10 minutes sun without sunscreen or a hat each day increases your Vitamin D absorption.

jed and I had an arguement...he tends to get very lets say...'loud' at the kids and stands over them on weekends taking all his weeks frustration out on them ...so I step in between and get told that I treat him like a kid :roll eyes: anyway..this is were normally I would sit and stuff my face (food is a girls best friend some times) but allas im not...HE IS :o.
Its hard watching him chow down on melted cheese sanga's and im not going to say anything to him, I just removed my self from the room so I wouldnt have to sit and smell it...

Be strong Maz....You have worked so hard this week. You would be so angry at yourself if you let his bad mood and attitude affect your progress. Show him and yourself how strong you are hun! :hug:
Maz hun, breaking these habits means that you wont be needing those credit cards that have vendettas against you, because grazing less means buying less food, which means more ready cash for fluff!!
I am a bit guilty of sounding like Jed atm, but I am dealing with PND related kid overload. 5 1/2 more days, just keep reminding me the break is coming!!
Maz hun you are 1 of the strongest women I have ever spoken to. And you know it. You know if we lived closer to each other I would be busting my gut to meet you!! Do me a favour - Pop your head into Mat's room, and just watch him for a few minutes. or if you are worried about waking him, in the morning spend a little while tickling him and just look into that massive smile that he has for you.
