I just wanted to jump in here and say "Go MAZ!!!"
I travelled to Melb with Maz on the weekend and she was so good at sticking to her diet... I often forgot and offered her things she didn't want to eat on her on her diet and she always knocked it back.
I know it's gunna be hard for a little while Maz, but it won't last forever and you will be so happy once you have completed your goal!!
xx

Ah but Tanya it was a good thing for me to with stand and not be tempted :) so thankyou hon
I got on the scales this week...I havent been walking as much as I did last week as its been raining (wwoooooo hoooo) and had school things to attend BUT I still lost 1/2 kg. Im not complaining...a loose, not matter how small is better then no loose at all . So ive lost 5 kg in less then 2 weeks  and im loving it!!!! My goal atm is to make sure I get to my first weight goal before my parents come back from their holidays in S.A in May..so I can say look at moi hehehehe
thank you all for your wonderful support...ive come in here a few times to read when I have felt the urge or felt down (feeding time at the zoo times ;) ) and it has stopped me in my tracks. So all your fabuolous inspiring thoughts are helping this fat woman get skinny again

Maz you"re awesome, you're a bloody legend and I hope I get to train people like you when I become a PT. You're an inspiration to many in YET ANOTHER WAY!!!!
Well done

You're doing really well, chickie!
You may find that your weight fluctuates quite a lot when you weight often (I usually weigh daily) but over the course of a month, your total weight loss should be heading downwards if you stick to the plan. I set up a spreadsheet with a graph and faithfully recorded my weight on the 1st of every month, and then I would plot it on a graph. Seeing that line go downwards every month was an incredible motivational tool for me.

OMfluffies!!!!!!!!
Im gonig to a baby shower this weekend and I usually have to wear pants that are elasticated cause everything gives me a muffin top
Ive found that im not losing weight atm more cm's which is absolutely fine by me :) . Ive lost 3cm so far this week (I did a sneak measure) and Jed has stepped up and said that he'll do with me now. He was doing his own weight loose thing and has lost 12 kg so far :o . We have decided sunday morning is measure and weight day so we'll see by this sunday if ive lost any more weight or cm's. He also told me I looked good lastnight and that the pants i had on looked big on me...woo hoo someone at least is noticing.
I found my jeans and thought...hmmm I might just try them on....OMfluffies they fit like a glove!!!! And their a size 20 :o I cant tell you how happy i am that size 20 after all this time. I was buying size 26 to fit and now...I cant get over it!!!!!
Im about to go on a big walk down the street with the kids in their pram....4 km's there and then that back again. HELP!!!!!!

Go Maz!!!! Sounds like you're doing great!

-
Yay woohoo Maz :cheer: thats awesome you're going great

Go Maz Go sounds like you're kicking goals big time, keep it up mate, you will be soooo proud of yourself when you reach your first goal and then your second etc.!
Great to read Jed has got on board as well that has got to help you a bit!
I take my hat off to you-go girl :)
-
Must say...although the weigh isnt going atm...the cms still are :cheer:
Im trying my darnest to get a twin jogger to make my walking easier. I find that the stroller can only do some much and a think i could wlak faster with a jogger as it wouldnt get stuck on every little pot hole ect...but getting one second hand at a cheap price is another thing...and no one wanted to courier it to me either :(
Jed is doing well and we've been a great support to each other. Only things he's worried about is that my bb's are getting small  I think thats such a positive thing woo hoooo
-
Hun losing cm's before weight means that you are building muscle mass, which will burn the fat faster, thus making the last bits easier to lose. You are doing great gorgeous!!
-
ahhh that explains it. thanx chicky...im defently happy with that then...i dont want huge bingo flaps after ive lost this weight...their bad enough now with the loose change
-
ah and now i feel craqp!!!!
Our scales well and truely died today and jed dug out apair of digital ones we had hidden as the battery was flat.
Got on.......
im 120.5 again.
I feel so deflatted
-
hun - don't look at the number PLEASE!!! each set of scales, as much as they should measure the same, measures differently - at GP i weigh 4kg MORE than at Ob - and Ob has me about 3kg heavier than my own scales - now, there is no way my weight varies by as much as 7kg in 10 days!
so start again - this is the starting mark for THIS set of scales. stick to measuring cm, not kilos - but if you have to weigh yourself, weigh yourself on the same scales all the time, in the same place. (and try to have same clothes - or none at all - and same kind of time of day - for me, it's getting ready to get in the shower in the morning)

maz..just thought i would let you know im still there for you to support you through this challenge, i know you havent been well with your butt and all, just let you know to keep going girl, and yes i have the same with the scales, on one set is always differnt to the next..so try and stick to one set of scales, or just the measuring tape..and fantastic that your jeans fit, that is fantastic, theres nothing better than being able to fit into those much loved jeans that have been hiding in the draws collecting dust..
well done mate

as many of you would be aware...ive recently had a cyst on my intestine drained...i suffered with it for 5 weeks :( not knowing what it was and to be honest i was scared ****less so didnt want to do to the doc.
Casue of it I have been unable to exercise and felt down about it.
I got on the scales this monring and OMG!!!!
Ive lost in total...since I started this in March
15 KG!!! :leap:
I cant believe it!!!!!!
I still have alot to go, but ive done this all natural, with out any drugs to help me or surgery (which I thought I might have to do). I havenoticed that my tummy seems to hang now and my back boob's are down from a D cup top an A - B.
I dont think I have lost weigh in my face... buts it on my tummy, my boob's and back!!!
This now has given me the extra drive to get to my first goal of 100kg....im half way there
thanks for all your wonderful support everyyone....it really does help
-
Maz - that is fantastic - 15kg  you go girl!
The cyst is only a temporary hurdle - but better it get sorted now... I have no doubt that you will get back into the swing of things once your all healed up
-
That is great news. Well done  I know it can be such hard work at times, but it is so well worth it.

Well done Maz ... Wow, that's darn fantastic 15k since March  ... soooo quick, that's brilliant (took me 5mths to lose 18k, and bummer i have put 10 on due to stress) ... Keep doing what your doing ... YOU can do it when you've done that well until now  xox
