These little treats are designed to get more coconut oil and/or fat into your diet. You can vary the recipe, but here's what I came up with today.
20gms 85% chocolate
1 tbsp natural peanut butter (no salt/sugar)
3 tbsp coconut oil
40gm mini tub Philly cream cheese (original)
Teaspoon organic vanilla extract
Teaspoon cocoa
Melt chocolate, peanut butter, coconut oil. Add cream cheese, stir until smooth. Add vanilla and cocoa. Stir until smooth. Place in silicone moulds. Refrigerate.
I got nine out of this recipe.
Each of them are 99 calories, 10gms fat, 1.3gm protein, 1gm carb, 0.2 grams fibre. (Multiply by 9 to get macros for entire recipe.
