Honestly its just like all the other shake diets. Sure it works if you stick to it and limit your diet for other meals but once you stop you're left with all the other habits you had prior to your diet. A dietary life change is better for you and has a higher success of working.

I drank it whilst i was b/f my DD#3....i would get very busy , or call it lazy, and not bother making breakfast, lunch for myself, i would just graze. I took isowhey for the nutrients that i wasnt getting in my food, not as a weight loss measure. I found it delcious, and truly was just like a vanilla milkshake. Im an avid customer of TVSN and have watched numerous shows on the product, and i believe it has an edge over the other 'diet' shakes out there.
For 640g tub costs $60.00...I found it to be a bit expensive.....

I too have been thinking about trying it on a short term basis just to see if it does have any benefit. I did see it on an online chemist for $50 for a tub....just dont know how long a tub lasts...

Same here - i only used it on a short term basis.
1 tub lasted me about 4-5wks.
That was 1.5-2 scoops a day....somedays i would have it in that 4 wk period....
Best in the blender with milk and berries - any kind of berries - delic!!!
