Hi everyone! I was just wondering if anyone had done the kickstart diet that is on the today tongith website. I am looking to lose some weight and i know it sounds all a$$ about face but I think if i were to lose a little I would be more inclined to lose more - if that makes any sense at all.
I know its not a long term thing and I don't think I could honestly keep it up long term but its a quick meal and right now that means a lot to me.
just wondering if anyone else had done it ..
