I lost 2kg this week again :) but I know a lot of that is due to AF, because I barely exercised all week because ive been so non-stop busy!
No matter, still lost, and just have to make sure I keep exercising!!
Sent from the land of "iSomethings" so forgive me for any spelking misstaks ;)

Hooray for losses!
MelbourneMumma, you had a massive week last week, so you're still ahead by .8. Just a small set back :)

Yeah. I've also been really crappy at tracking my calorie intake, that's what trips me up big time. So, back onto tracking properly this week!!!

Ditto, I keep forgetting to put stuff in. Like because it's just a tiny snack it doesn't matter. But they all add up, I worked out there was just over 100 calories I wasn't counting some days.

How'd everyone go this week? I had a personal training session last night and my muscles are KILLING me! So i don't know if i'll be able to do the fitness test today, but i've still weighed in at least!
Only lost 1kg this week :( I mean its still a loss, but i have to admit i was kinda expecting it because i hadnt been exercising much. I just hope to lose more is all.
In total i've lost 26.5cm since the beginning though!!

I had a really bad three days of absolute junk eating and no exercise. So am really happy with the 700grams I lost.
I am now 68.1kg which is only 100grams off a healthy weight range!!!
And only 4kg off goal weight.

how did we all do this week?
i've put on 1.9kg
i guess its those couple weeks of not exercising much that have caught up with me, as well as the fact AF is due shortly, had a couple bad days AND i've done alot of exercise this week, especially weight training, so i may have put on muscle and the fat loss hasn't caught up yet.. or maybe i'm just kidding myself and i just put on weight :dunno: :(
I've gone to the gym 5 days last week (last wed until yesterday) and would have gone 6, had DH had been able to finish on time, and last night i did 2 hours at the gym because i forgot i had a PT session! lol so 2 hours of INTENSE working out! i burnt at least 1100cal yesterday!! i know i burnt 550cal in the morn, because i had my polar watch, but i forgot it at the PT session, so i didnt get to see how much i did, but i know it was good judging by all my sweat and my poor aching muscles this morning!!
So FX my weigh in next week will reflect my hard work this week! I just need to remember to keep it up! i'm enjoying it now though, and love seeing the results, so thats a positive. i've just had a lot going on in the last couple weeks relationship wise, so barely had time to even sit down and think!!
ETA: i just measured my waist and i've lost 0.5cm off there this week, so this is a positive i spose, i put on 2kg, but lost 0.5cm off my waist, so it can't ALL be that i've put on weight!

Hope- AF can affect come people really badly but weight also weighs more then fat. Even if your not losing weight you are still improving your body with exercise and healthy food.
AFM- I lost 1.2kg so pretty happy. I am now 66.9kg. The lowest I have ever remember being is 64kg so not far from a Personal best. I have AF though so I'm wondering if that has affected me. I don't think it has fluid wise as it didn't really affect me in the 1st week. Either was I'm good. I'm now aiming for 64kg by week 8 and dreaming of 60-62 for the end of the program.
I was really gutted on Sunday when AF arrived as we are TTC but I guess with wee AF while on the program that's another 4 weeks to get my body in top shape condition to carry a baby.

Morning girls :)
Beatrix, congrats on the loss and almost reaching your pb! I've no doubt you'll reach your goal the way you're going, just in time to fill that belly with a baby :)
Hugs Hope  It's tough to see results we don't like. But I think AF would be playing a part, and with all that (wonderful!) hard work you're doing your body just needs some time to catch up. I bet next week will be much better :) But not just the weight right now, you're setting up healthy habits for the rest of your life that will result in massive changes to your body. This week is just a tiny hiccup, think of yourself a year from now after all this work!
AFM, I didn't even update last week yet. Last week I lost 1kg and 23cm in those first four weeks. Also took my 1km from 8min 50sec to 7min 5sec. Woohoo! This week I had my first gain :( 200g so not big, but so disappointing. I know I've been slack, I had to miss out on the proper food for two days and couldn't exercise much.
But, I got sent an email saying I've lost 5.26% of my body weight so far and I'm in the top 15% of the program! Hooray! So now I've got incentive to try harder, I want to get into the top 10%!
