Good morning Lovely Ladies,
Did my weigh in this morning. I'm am sitting comfortably at 64kgs. So a loss of 500gms this week, mainly off my chest :wall: which i'm hoping is my back really. I have no boobs as it is.
Went to my new gym last night and jogged for 35mins at 8.2kph. Did some weights and came home at about 9.15pm. I really don't like the new gym as there aren't as many treadmills and had to wait to get on one. The weights area has a lot of men in there and me being a female on my own doing bench presses made me real uncomfortable. I told DH and he wasn't really impressed either. I decided that i would give the new gym a few more days and if it's not for me, i'll re-join at my other gym.
Belfie - well done for yesterday. It's best to work up the exercise levels, so you don't over do it and then burn yourself out. No Rome was not built in a day. It's taken me 18 months to get to where i am and i still have probably another 6 months to go. But i realise that i MUST make exercise a part of my life to maintain my figure, otherwise i'll go backwards again. I don't know about CK and bf, but like Amy said, i always check to see how many calories there are in a food if i am contemplating on eating it.
I love skinny caramel lattes from Gloria Jeans. I found out on CK that there are 177 calories in a regular size. So not worth it. I need to jog for 18mins to burn it off. NO WAY, never again will i have it!
Krys - i know exactly what you mean about the improvement in fitness levels. It feels great. I agree. Keep up the good work. Re: pr*ck that shin hit you :angry:

Well I am back into things after being quarantined so I weighed and measured yesterday - no losses but no gains which is good.
I ran 4km on the treadmill and did some weights so I feel much better for that. I have also started doing the Weight Watchers breastfeeding program as I think I need some guidance. I was just maintaining weight with what I was doing by myself. So hopefully the second half of this challenge will see me actually lose some weight!!

have not read any posts ... Have been violently since yesterday arvo! Havent been able to keep anything down, lost 4kg over night, Trill is it ok if i email you my measurements tomorrow? Hope so! Am now munching on frosty fruit ice blocks as they give me some taste in my mouth and the coolness helps my throat. Completely lost my voice! Sucks.

Oh you poor thing Amy :comfort:
Take care of yourself. Drink lots of water. Get some hydrolite, so you replace lost vits and mins.
Hope you start to feel better soon.
