i'll join you on that Minny!
The Good
i have stopped buying the 3 litre and 2 litre bottles of iced coffee (as part of weekly grocery shopping)
After i posted on this thread, i had Hungry Jacks (chicken wrap and small fries). I have a real "low" after i drop bilby off to my x's for a visit, feel low, end up eating something bad for me (emotional eating i bet Oprah would say).
the Bad
- i now buy small (600ml) iced coffee drinks at the supermarket when i'm out

My next aim = to allocate money in weekly budget, to go out and buy up fruit and veg, to have the fridge/table top full of the good stuff, so when i get the munchies, mainly "healthy stuff" will be around (for me to choose from, and to cook from). Without a budget, and with the upset of moving house/separation, i have not prioritised buying fresh f and v. i always do this, somehow buying that stuff feels like TLC to me, i don't do it when i'm depressed, when i'm feeling good, i do it every week and feel no guilt about spending the money. Got to get into that habit again.
was in a shopping centre today, had sushi rolls for lunch. yummy and filling, feels like a treat to me.
haven't started any exercise. Walked to local opshop (two blocks away). Passed two groups of people drinking alcohol like water (middle of day). This is not an area to go walking in. But i have started doing some gardening again, always surprises me how much exercise i get from that. (bending, pulling, sweating, raking).
i can do better tomorrow.
Is it too late to join in the fun??? I've been good for a couple of weeks now, but I'll officially start tomorrow :)
:hide: best I dont tell you that coles have 2L bottles of Big M iced coffee for $2.30
My aim for the last month was to stop myself from buying fish and chips/macca's ect exspecially cause it was school holiday's and hot.....we were also renovating and I usually take the cheat's way out but NO not once did we buy it! J man has lost weight as well as myself but even better, the $$$ wasted on it all has gone towards a water slide for the kids out the back
Last time we ate it was the 28th of December....coming back from Melbourne
I miss it, dont get me wrong but I do feel better for not having that fat soaked crap in me :)
woohoo Go Maz!
I failed on the first day when we went to the drive in and filled the kids stomachs with junk food. I will have a junk free month though when the kids go back to school.
way to go maz, the $$$$ add up too, and i bet you feel better for it too.
Pffffffffffffffft lmao.
I have cut down on iced coffee and yeah only buy the 600ml ones now preferably the rush brand ones so i can die of cancer (aspartame) instead of fat lmao But seriously hoping to drop the habit completely!
Still hovering around the same weight, need to pick up the excercise again.
