I lost 3kg last week! woohoo!
Not the best weekend, water wise. Food was fine but I am never able to drink 2L of water/day on the weekend. Its a lot easier to do it trapped behind a desk at work.
I brought fruit today so thats a start!

Rory rory thats my problem too and I don't have a toddler and a newborn! I have been trying to do more incidental exercise, like going up the stairs twice or faster and walking back and forwards with every item I get out of the dishwasher. Don't beat yourself up looking after 2 littlies IS exercise!!
Ray ray - well done!!!!
Rory - take a walk as "you" time without DH or the bubbas .... I see it as "me" time and I'm loving that! Previously when I was single, I didn't *need* "me" time!

Tea last night - Grilled lamb with mushroom, onion, garlic & red wine sauce (other than a little knob of butter, no fat!) served with roast potato (chat) and steamed squash.
Two glasses red wine.
Monday... Back on the wagon again!!!

I am HANGING OUT to weigh myself. Roll on Thursday when I check back in at the chemist.
I have been using phsillium husks in my shakes for the past few days..........and have been reaping the benefits this morning.....way TMI, but I reckon I have poo'd about 5kg out!

Kaz the me time is possibly because before we had to wear our hearts on our sleeves and our eyes inside our - all our time was me time. But I'm the same....bit hard when DH is in the NT for 4 months though....he's back soon, he's back soon...
Big congrats to all the girls posting here the last couple of days who have lost weight - Ray, Kim, Leanne, Shazz, Rory, Lucy - everyone's tickers seem to be on the move! (sorry if I forgot anyone).
RayRay and Kim your losses are huge! Are you both on shake diets?
Gracie - I know I shouldn't do it but I jump on the scales every morning. I don't take too much notice of it though and only record the number and set it as my new weight once per week (Mondays). I find it motivating either way - if the scale has gone down a little tiny bit then I want to maintain it that day and if it has gone up a little tiny bit then it motivates me to get it back where it was before! I don't know how healthy it really is though to do this. It only seems to work if you're already in a positive state of mind.....
Lucy - you might be right about the poo! I think my gastro thing yesterday might have helped to erase the two glasses of wine I had on Saturday night! (Sorry TMI!) but I really should have paid for that on the scales and didn't :)
Nope Kaz just WW - I hear you on the gastro though - I'm pretty sure my giardia's back :( Half an hour after everything I eat....gross.

Ugh - I weighed myself after roughly a week, and I'd PUT ON about 700gms... I haven't gone so well in the exercise stakes, but I actually DID exercise, which is an improvement, plus I've been eating better.
I think I'm just going to weigh myself at the two 4 week times...

Mrs.P - how disappointing! Perhaps the 700g is muscle? Didn't you say in another thread that you had lost 5cm off your waist? (perhaps someone else and my memory is going).

im eating the best ive eaten in years and am exercising each day for the first time in ages, why is it taking so long to see results? i think i actually went up on the scales by 2 kg or so.
