Today was my 3rd day on the scuba diving course so it was busy theory in the morning and then out for a dive in the afternoon so there wasnt much time to eat and I was way too tired when I got back to even think about making dinner

Emma and RayRay - thanks for your discussion a few days ago about calorie counting websites - I have started doing this too over the weekend and I agree, its definitely addictive. I never counted calories before so it should be interesting to see how its going in a few weeks time.....
Is this the place to post the "new" recipes as part of the weeks challenge? or is there a seperate/new thread for that? I tried a weird sounding but really yummy and low fat/high protein turkey meal last night.....(Trust me to focus on the food, :doh: I haven't done one measly sit up or push up this week but if it involves food and recipes I am there with bells on!! :lol:
