Hi guys! I have been pretty busy and not eating that great. Doesn't help with all of the xmas parties. But plan on a good last week (I dont weigh till the end of the week). and then my next goal is to just not put on anything over xmas - ha ha! Hard when there is so much good food and soccer takes a 2-3 week break. But I have found an outdoor soccer team for next year when I move to the Sunshine Coast which is good as I was worried about putting it all back on. But I will be training twice a week and then a game as well so it should really help keep me slimmer. Still have 5kg to lose before my birthday at the end of March so will see. I have now been losing weight for a year but feel 10 years younger with all of the weight off (goodbye 21 kgs!). Usually there is a BB 12 week challenge for New Year so if there is again this year I will join that too. Anyway I will try and pop back later for personals. Bye for now!

OK so I have been thoroughly rewarded this morning when I took my measurments :dance:
Chest loss = 3.6cm
Waist loss = 11.8
Hips loss = 5.5
Abs loss = 7
Total loss 27.9cm
Total weight loss 6.1kg :cheer:
My last weigh in before Christmas and I am 63.8!!! Woohoooooo!!!!

I was too scared to weigh in last week but Nai, you are right, we are so much hotter than when we started. I lost 4kg along the way so it wasn't all bad ;)

I don't have my proper scales but I am pretty sure I have made it through xmas unscathed. :lol: My PIL's scales say 62, but they have always read about 2kg less than mine, and they aren't digital, so it isn't very precise.
Hope you all had a great xmas, might see you all in the new year challenge to get rid of the last few kgs.
berrme - I will see you around for motivation to get these last 4kg off.
I had to pop in to let you know I bravely got on the scales today and it wasn't as bad as I thought. I was 73.7kg which is exactly 4kg loss since I started this challenge. I was so scared that I was going to be a couple of kg heavier after the last couple of weeks not doing dedicated exercise and eating too much.

Hi guys. I posted in the general weight loss thread but I have some before and after pics of myself from last year and now if anyone wants to see them. It is a bit of a challenge for me to pass them around but I think I am ready to do it. I will pm them to anyone in this thread and the general thread who would like to see them. Just not keen to post the links on here.
Haven't checked my weight since xmas. Waiting a few days for the excess in my tummy to pass lol. Can't wait for soccer to start though - only just over a week. Have been thinking about some new years goals. Even though I have some weight still to lose (at least 5 kgs) until I reach my end goal I don't think it will motivate me. Am thinking I should have a time goal for jogging or something for soccer but still considering. What are your new years goals?
Krys, I think that having an exercise goal rather than a weightloss one is a good idea. I have told my trainer that she needs to sign us all up for another 'fun' run so we have something specific to train for. When I was training for the Bridge to Brisbane I lost heaps of weight.
My goal is to start running again and to be able to do 10km in under an hour. The best I did before summer hit was 1 hour and 4 minutes.
Kris - I would like to see your photos and as Berrme said, an exercise goal rather than weight loss is a good idea. I have never thought of it like that before but makes sense and takes the 'pressure' off iykwim.
Krys, I would like to see tham and I can do the same if I can find some ;)
