You lucky thang....i only lasted 4 mins on mum and dads today....the itchness drove me crazy...(blood circulating in areas it aint been for a loooooooooooong time....LOL).

My friends own one too and they have lost a fair amount of weight on it. With a right diet too.
My mum will be using it too, she has arthritis in her knees and can't do much walking, so this will be great for her too.
so did you get one? How is it?
I'm interested in getting one two but I'm a bit worried I would feel really jittery when I got off?

I eventually got one....i love it. Have set myself a 6 wk plan of using it every day. I started on monday, so so far, so good. I did have a 2 week break mainly coz DS has been a shocker at nights and ive been too tired to even turn it on...:p.
Ive noticed since getting it my tummy is not so bloated, and when i do my arm exercises my arm muscles hurt the next day. Since getting it (6 weeks ago), i was 60kgs...and could not budge any more weight no matter what little i ate. TOday im 58kgs....i dunno if its the machine....really dont know, but it makes me feel like im doing something, and it makes me feel good, so it is working in one aspect of my life....;)

Well.... I totally love mine. I can feel that I've had a decent work out by the end of it. I haven't been on much the last few weeks due to the hot weather and also AF (wonder why we can't use it when AF is here?)
Anyway, I need to get into it more than I have been. But so far I definitely love it.
Why don't you use it Turkish?
Is it uncomfortable to use? Has your Mum tried it? (I thought my Mum could use mine if I get one)
How much space do they take up?
