    Default Weight Watchers Points Book

My mum did weight watchers a few years back and she bought a book that had all the points etc in it for food and take out etc. I want to get my hands on the updated version of this book as i am having trouble losing weight and want to get an idea of what i am eating. Does anyone know where i can get my hands on this book?? I have been on the ww website and can only find the book in the start up at home pack which costs $249. I dont really want to pay that kind of money and im not interested in joining etc, i just want that book!!

Look on ebay, there is always heaps of WW stuff for sale on there. Another weight watchers tool that might help is the little points finder slide rule thingy - you can use it to work out the points of any food, by looking at the nutritional label. Heaps cheaper than buying the points books.
