Rumpled Elf - I'd have to agree with you on the serving size thing - I just don't eat that much. For me to eat a proper 2 + 5 I wouldn't stop eating all day. Although I suspect that if I ate less chocolate I'd have more room for fruit and veg LOL.

I usually get all my servings of fruit in with breakfast. For example, this morning I had 1/4 cup yoghurt with 1 banana, 1 kiwi fruit and 6 strawberries (all chopped). Some days it will be muesli with the fruit and yoghurt.
Veggies is a bit trickier. I put baby spinach leaves or rocket or zucchini with everything lol. I eat wraps most days with tomato and cucumber. Most of my dinners are vegetarian these days. Last night we had a broccoli and zucchini cheesey bake. Or soup - broccoli, cauliflower or pumpkin - gets in a lot of veggies. I'm making a yummy pumpkin & fetta salad to go with dinner tonight (has pumpkin, red onion, cinnamon, basil, walnuts, fetta and red capsicum).
I'll add extra veggies in the day by having carrot or capsicum sticks with a couple of tablespoons of hommus as an afternoon snack.
I'm terrible I really need to work on it!! I eat lots of veg prob not the 5 and very little fruit!!! I must do better!!!!!
Fruit is easy, veg not so much. I only eat 3 meals a day so how can i get 5+ veg in each day?
Fruit and veg is expensive for us. But I am feeding 5 of us who eat and soon to be 6 when Jackson starts eating. So it can be hard some weeks.
