We got a basic bosch & love it. It can take sometime to wash clothes if on a hot & long cycle wash but I usually just do a quick wash unless it is DH work gear. I know that the more exxy Bosch ones have a delay function

I don't think we paid that much, got it was E&S trading

We bought a Miele 2 years ago- and I love it. Yes, exxy but we shouldn't need to buy another machine for a very long time.

we love our bosch maxx :) our bosch does have the delay function!

L&B - I don't have the mould problem but have issues with clothes getting clean properly, and the rinse cycle sucks. I frequently have to do a normal wash, and then do another rinse and spin cycle. I had a guy come out to service it and he said its a really common problem with them, and the only suggestion he had was that after EVERY wash I do a complete wash cycle with an empty machine and no powder. Can't wait for it to die an unnature death . . .

I have a samsung and love it.

Samsung 8 1/2 kg here. RRP is $1600, but picked it up for 1/2 price at Harvey Norman. Really impressed. Delay function, heaps of different cycles. Uses very little water compared to our old beast of a top loader.
Really sad, but it makes me eager to do the washing :hide:

I have a Bosch as well. Cost us about $700 in 2009 and it has the delay/timer function which is awesome. I love our washing machine. My mum and brother have the same because we like them so much. The seal does get a bit mouldy if you don't wipe it out regularly and/or leave the door open. I have to close our door or the cats get in there so just give it a wipe out when I'm putting dirty cloths in the wash. I have no other gripes with it. Washes and treats my clothes so nicely.

We have an LG 8kg which I'm pretty happy with. Has the delay start which is good because being a front loader it takes a while, I can have it programmed to finish when I get up.
