I love the grapefruit surface spray - smells divine - but they haven't stocked it at my woolies for ages, though I did manage to find it at an IGA a while ago. Also the mint window cleaner is awesome. Our kitchen splashback is a brown tile with a metallic sheen that forever shows streaks, until the day I decided to try the window cleaner after the normal cleaner and it was brilliant! No streaks!
Love them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been looking for it since this thread started to no avail :( Whats it like $$ wise if no one minds telling me?
we have just finished the first packet of their dishwasher tablets and they are at least as good as finish and no more expensive to buy. I grabbed the surface cleaner the other day from Coles but yet to try it...am on the lookout for the shower cleaner if it as good as you all say.....
oh BTW the non toxic bit is not always non toxic to humans...it means it is non toxic to the envirnoment i.e. phosphate free etc. I got the dishwasher tablets cos they say non toxic on the front but the little writing on the bacl says still toxic to kidlets just non toxic to the fishies and plants....bit bummed about that bit......
Melbel, I have no experience with the method products, but I just wanted to say more dishwasher detergents work by being so alkaline that they are caustic...that means if you ingested it, it could corrode your insides...so toxic in a different kind of way than another chemical with a residue effect (ie accumulating in your body, creating a toxic load over a period of time).
Pumpkin Zulu from memory I think the surface sprays and window cleaner were around the $5-6 mark, not 100% sure though. So I'd say mid-range for cleaners? Maybe mid to high... someone else may be more specific ha ha!
I always make sure I read the fine print and store the products as I would any other cleaning product.
I was on the verge of throwing a tantrum in woolies the other day because they stopped stocking the shower cleaner. I couldn't even find a tag for it on the shelves. That stuff saved me so much scrubbing too!
CL have u tried coles???
last i was at our woolies they didnt have the surface cleaner anymore!!!!!!! i nearly cried because im nearly out. hopefully its just hugely popular and they sold out.....
I will try coles but I get most of my groceries in woolies. I've found Coles really expensive here. The surface cleaner is awesome and I get 2 bottles a time because it's so popular. When one bottle is out I buy a second because when I don't it's sold out
I just had a look at the site and it's $9.95 postage for one bottle and $11.95 for multiple. I bought another style of cleaner today so I'm going to try that. When that runs out I'll decide if it's worth buying a heap off the site or sticking with the new one. I was also at woolies tonight and they no longer stock the cucumber cleaner :( so pi$$ed
still hasnt returned to my woolies either :( so devo
Typical...just when you find something you love, they take it away :(
oooh well since you all got me onto this stuff....
The cucumber cleaner was $2.39 at Woolies the other day so I should go and grab the rest?
thats a great price kim!! it was $6 or so around here
I know usually that's the price here too, but for $2.39...man should have gotten more.
