you've had some terrific advice cadence...as others have said children progress at different speeds. some develop quickly then plateau. i think it is definitely worth waiting before you do anything. she is very young. i would allow her to continue having fun and playing and being a child and take note of what really stimulates her - such as numbers, words, painting, music, etc. then you can find interests and activities that will keep her attention and stimulated.
